Piloting innovative interventions for people with epilepsy

EpLink, the epilepsy research program of the Ontario Brain Institute (OBI), in partnership with Indoc, has released a clinical dataset that contains assessments of adults with epilepsy and self-reported depressive symptoms. Gathered through EpLink’s foundational EpUp Study: A Pilot Intervention for People with Epilepsy & Depression, these data are now available on Brain-CODE, OBI’s state-of-the-art neuroinformatics platform. New open data sheds light on the research priorities of the Canadian epilepsy community

Supported by Indoc, OBI has released its latest open set of data focusing on the most pressing concerns of patients, their families and health professionals about epilepsy and seizures. This dataset is now available on Brain-CODE, OBI’s neuroinformatics and analytics platform. Read more

Indoc and members of the eBRAIN-Health consortium awarded funding by Horizon Europe

The project aims to develop a decentralized, data protection-compliant research platform capable of simulating some of the brain’s complex neurobiological phenomena. Indoc and its European subsidiary are leading the development and technical coordination for this data platform which will allow researchers to collate an array of different types of information, including data from PET and MRI scans, EEG tests, behavioral studies and lifestyle surveys, as well as clinical data from thousands of patients and healthy controls.
