Coordinating Clinical & Biological Data from 4,000 Participants to Rapidly Improve Lives
BD²’s Integrated Network is an innovative model that connects a longitudinal cohort study and a learning health network. Through this combination, BD² is collecting, processing, and analyzing a large amount of data. Learn more about how the Network's centralized support services delivered by the Clinical Coordinating Center and Data Coordinating Center (Indoc) provide technical and logistical support to ensure consistent, accurate, and comprehensive data is available to researchers and clinicians. Inside BD²’s Integrated Network: How the Learning Health Network is Improving Clinical Care and Outcomes
BD²’s Integrated Network is working toward a shared goal: reducing the time it takes for research insights to improve outcomes for people with bipolar disorder. As the Data Coordinating Center, Indoc provides the Network with the environments, tools, and processes necessary to maximize the utility of standardized data collected by the participating sites, enabling data aggregation, curation, sharing, and analysis. New data sheds light on depression treatment response
The Canadian Biomarker Integration Network in Depression (CAN-BIND), an Integrated Discovery Program of the Ontario Brain Institute (OBI), has with support from Indoc released new data on Brain-CODE from its foundational study to identify biomarkers that predict treatment response in people with depression. Piloting innovative interventions for people with epilepsy
EpLink, the epilepsy research program of the Ontario Brain Institute (OBI), in partnership with Indoc, has released a clinical dataset that contains assessments of adults with epilepsy and self-reported depressive symptoms. Gathered through EpLink’s foundational EpUp Study: A Pilot Intervention for People with Epilepsy & Depression, these data are now available on Brain-CODE, OBI’s state-of-the-art neuroinformatics platform. New open data sheds light on the research priorities of the Canadian epilepsy community
